Privacy Policy

Agentic OS ("we", "us") is operated by Injecting.ai. This policy explains what information the Agentic OS web application and browser extension collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Agentic OS you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information

When you sign in, we collect your email address and authentication identifiers through our identity provider (AWS Cognito). Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device to keep you signed in.

Conversations and content you provide

Messages you send to your agents, files you upload, and documents you add to your knowledge base are stored so your agents can respond and so your chat history is available across sessions.

Page content (browser extension)

The browser extension reads the content of the currently active tab only when you explicitly ask an agent to act on the page (for example, to read, summarize, click, or fill a form). It captures a structured snapshot of the page to carry out your request. It does not run in the background, does not continuously monitor your browsing, and does not collect data from tabs you have not directed it to act on. Protected pages (browser settings, the Chrome Web Store) are never accessed.

Voice input

If you use voice input, audio you record is sent for transcription and then processed as a normal message. Audio is used only to produce the transcription you requested.

Connected integrations

If you connect third-party services (such as Notion, Gmail, Google Calendar/Drive/ Sheets/Docs, GitHub, or Slack), you authorize Agentic OS to access those services on your behalf to perform the actions you request. We access only the data needed to carry out your instructions.

Usage and diagnostics

We collect basic usage metadata (such as token counts and request timestamps) to operate the service, enforce plan limits, and improve reliability.

2. How we use information

To provide the core service — running your agents and returning results.
To maintain your account, authentication, and chat history.
To execute the tool and integration actions you request.
To enforce subscription and usage limits and to process billing.
To monitor, secure, debug, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your conversations or page content for advertising.

3. Third parties who process data for us

To operate Agentic OS, content you submit may be processed by:

AI model providers that generate agent responses (e.g. Google Vertex AI / Gemini, and other model providers we route to).
Speech-to-text providers for voice transcription.
Integration providers you choose to connect, accessed only to fulfill your requests.
Cloud infrastructure (AWS) used to host the service and store your data.

These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the features you use.

4. Data storage and retention

Account data, chats, and knowledge-base content are retained while your account is active. Some chat data is also cached locally in your browser. You can delete chats at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/WSS) and encryption of sensitive credentials at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

6. Your choices

Disconnect any integration at any time from the app.
Delete individual chats, or clear your local chat history.
Sign out to remove authentication tokens from your device.
Request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Children

Agentic OS is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
